Operating Systems

  • The Windows version of QUADRA requires Windows XP or Windows Vista

  • The Linux version of QUADRA has been tested on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 and 4

  • The Mac OS X version of QUADRA has been tested on Mac OS X 10.5.3

Hardware (Minimum)

  • 2.0 Ghz processor

  • 1 Gb ram

  • 750 mb hard drive space

Installation Instructions

Windows

1. Download the QuadraSE.zip file

2. Using your favorite zip utility unzip QuadraSE.zip

3. Run Setup.exe and follow the onscreen instructions

4. To run select QUADRA. from the Start Menu

Linux

1. Ensure your logged in as root for all of the following commands

2. Download the QuadraSE.zip file

3. Using your favorite zip utility unzip QuadraSE.zip

4. Run chmod 777 *.sh

5. Run install.sh and follow the on screen instructions

6. To Run QUADRA navigate to /projects/QUADRA_SE/bin

7. Run startQUADRA_SE.sh

Mac OS X

1. Start downloading QUADRAv2.0.dmg

2. The installation process will automatically start when the download is complete
